# Privacy Policy

Last Updated: September 1, 2026

KasWare Wallet recognizes that people who use the product value their privacy. This privacy policy (“Policy”) describes how KasWare Wallet (“we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, shares, and stores personal information of users of our website, <https://www.kasware.xyz> (the “Site”), and of our applications — the browser extension, the mobile app, and the KasWare Telegram Mini App (the “Apps”). This Policy applies to the Site, the Apps, and our other products and services (collectively, “Services”) on or in which it is posted, linked, or referenced.

Different parts of this Policy apply to different Services. Sections describing cookies, advertising and analytics describe the Site only; the Apps do not serve advertising and do not include third-party analytics or tracking. The section titled “Telegram Mini App” applies specifically to our Telegram Mini App and the bot associated with it.

By using the Services, you accept the terms of this Policy and our Terms of Use, and consent to our collection, use, disclosure, and retention of your information as described in this Policy. If you have not done so already, please also review our terms of use. The terms of use contain provisions that limit our liability to you and require you to resolve any dispute with us on an individual basis and not as part of any class or representative action. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY PART OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY OR OUR TERMS OF USE, THEN PLEASE DO NOT USE ANY OF THE SERVICES.

Please note that this Policy does not apply to information collected through third-party websites or services that you may access through the Services or that you submit to us through email, text message or other electronic message or offline.

If you are visiting this site from the European Union (EU), see our Notice to EU Data Subjects below for our legal bases for processing and transfer of your data.

## WHAT WE COLLECT

We get information about you in a range of ways.

Information You Give Us. Information we collect from you includes:

Network information regarding transactions;

Contact information, such as your email address;

Feedback and correspondence, such as information you provide in your responses to surveys, when you participate in market research activities, report a problem with Service, receive customer support or otherwise correspond with us;

Usage information, such as information about how you use the Service and interact with us.

Information Automatically Collected. We may automatically record certain information about how you use our Site (we refer to this information as “Log Data“). Log Data may include information such as a user’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, device and browser type, operating system, the pages or features of our Site to which a user browsed and the time spent on those pages or features, the frequency with which the Site is used by a user, search terms, the links on our Site that a user clicked on or used, and other statistics. We use this information to administer the Service and to improve and enhance it.

We use local storage on the Site and in the Apps to hold the settings and data the product needs in order to work. We do not use cookies or similar technologies for advertising, for building demographic profiles, or for tracking you across other websites. See the sections entitled “Cookies Policy” and “Local Storage Policy” below.

Information we will never collect. We will never ask you to share your private keys or wallet seed. Never trust anyone or any site that asks you to enter your private keys or wallet seed.

## WALLET KEYS AND ON-DEVICE DATA

Your recovery phrase and private keys are generated on your device and stored only on your device, protected by the password or PIN you choose. They are never transmitted to us and we never have access to them. This means we cannot recover your wallet, reverse a transaction, or restore access on your behalf if you lose your recovery phrase.

Wallet preferences, address book entries, cached balances and similar data are also held in local device storage so the app can function. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage removes this data from your device.

## BLOCKCHAIN NETWORKS AND THIRD-PARTY INFRASTRUCTURE

To display balances, transaction history, token metadata and prices, and to broadcast the transactions you sign, the Apps send requests to public blockchain nodes, indexing services and price providers. These requests necessarily disclose the wallet addresses you are viewing, and your IP address, to the operators of those services.

Services used for this purpose include our own request proxy (api.kasware.xyz), Kaspa network and indexer APIs (including api.kaspa.org and KRC-20/KRC-721 indexers), market data providers (including api.kas.fyi), the EVM RPC endpoints of whichever networks you enable, and TON network APIs. These are independent operators with their own privacy practices; this Policy does not govern their processing of that data. The set of providers may change as the Apps are updated.

Transactions recorded on a public blockchain are permanent and publicly visible by design. We cannot alter, conceal or delete them.

## TELEGRAM MINI APP

KasWare is also available as a Telegram Mini App. This section describes practices specific to that version and to the Telegram bot associated with it. Together with the rest of this Policy, it is the privacy policy registered for our Mini App via Telegram's @BotFather, and it takes precedence over the Standard Privacy Policy for Bots and Mini Apps published by Telegram.

Data received from Telegram. When the Mini App is opened, Telegram provides it with launch parameters that may include your Telegram user ID, first and last name, username, language preference and profile photo URL. We do not transmit these parameters to our servers, do not store them, and do not associate them with your wallet addresses or transactions. We do not receive your phone number, your contact list, or the contents of your Telegram messages.

No cloud storage of wallet data. We do not use Telegram's Cloud Storage to store your recovery phrase, private keys or wallet data. Everything described in “Wallet Keys and On-Device Data” above applies equally to the Mini App.

No analytics or advertising. The Mini App contains no third-party analytics, advertising, attribution or behavioural-tracking components, and we do not build user profiles from your activity in it.

Retention and deletion. Consistent with Telegram's Terms of Service for Bot Developers, we will, without undue delay: delete data at your request, or at Telegram's request; delete data once retaining it is no longer necessary to operate the Mini App; delete all data obtained through or in connection with the Telegram Bot Platform if the Mini App ceases to operate; and delete data in response to a lawful request from an authorised legal entity. To make a deletion request, contact <contact.kasware@gmail.com>.

Independence from Telegram. KasWare is an independent third-party application. Telegram does not operate it, does not endorse it, and holds no custody of your assets. Your use of Telegram itself remains governed by Telegram's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

## COOKIES POLICY

This Cookies Policy and the Local Storage Policy below describe the marketing website at kasware.xyz. They do not describe the Apps: the browser extension, the mobile app and the Telegram Mini App serve no advertising, set no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and use local device storage only to hold your wallet data and preferences as described in “Wallet Keys and On-Device Data” above.

We understand that your privacy is important to you and are committed to being transparent about the technologies we use. In the spirit of transparency, this policy provides detailed information about how and when we use cookies on our Site.

Do we use Cookies?

Yes, on the Site, and only for purposes that are necessary to operate it.

What is a Cookie?

A cookie (“Cookie”) is a small text file that is placed on your device by a web page server. Cookies contain information that can later be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.

Why do we use Cookies?

We use Cookies on the Site only to remember your preferences and to keep the Site working correctly within a browsing session.

We do not use Cookies, web beacons, pixels or similar technologies to serve interest-based or targeted advertising, to observe your behaviour across other websites or platforms, to build demographic profiles, or to integrate third-party social media tracking. We do not run a third-party analytics service on the Site or in the Apps.

Some Cookies are necessary for certain uses of the Site, and without them parts of the Site would not work. Cookies are either “session” Cookies, which are deleted when you end your browser session, or “persistent,” which remain until you delete them.

How to disable Cookies.

You can activate or deactivate the use of cookies through a setting built into your web browser, and you can delete existing cookies at any time. Firefox, Chrome, Safari and Edge all document this in their own support pages. Declining cookies may make some functions of the Site unavailable.

If you want to learn more about cookies, or how to control, disable or delete them, please visit <http://www.aboutcookies.org> for detailed guidance.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have certain rights that are described above under the header “Notice to EU Data Subjects”, including the right to inspect and correct or delete the data that we have about you.

## LOCAL STORAGE POLICY

Local Storage, including Javascript-enabled localStorage, is a way for a website or app to store data in your browser or on your device. The Apps use local storage to hold your wallet data and preferences, as described in “Wallet Keys and On-Device Data” above. We do not use local storage to assign you an advertising or tracking identifier.

Local storage stays on your device until you delete it. Uninstalling the app, or clearing site data for the Site in your browser, removes it.
